1. Print-on-Demand Production

All our products are individually produced after your order is placed (print-on-demand). This means your item is freshly made just for you – sustainably and without overproduction.

Production time: 3–7 business days

2. Shipping & Delivery Times (USA)

All US orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Houston, Texas. Delivery times after production:

East Coast (New York, Florida, etc.)	3–4 business days
West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington)	3–4 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 4–12 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at thrujesus@gmx.at within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
