Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy.

  • Period: We have a 14-day return policy from the day the order arrives.
  • To make a return, the goods must be unused, undamaged and include proof of purchase.
  • Please send an email to thrujesus@gmx.at with the subject 'Return' and the information: order number, name and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with exact instructions on where to return the goods.
  • The delivery address also states where returns can be sent.
  • Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Thrujesus does not cover return shipping costs.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the refund status.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment shortly thereafter.
